    • All current rates, offers, and inclusions available on our website are applicable for crypto bookings
    • Rates are available on our booking engine; however, to pay with cryptocurrency, all bookings must be made in advance using the form on this page
    • Crypto is not accepted for walk-in guests or on-site dining
    • Phone confirmations are accepted, but final bookings and payments must go through the form
    • Cancellation policy will be as per the promotion booked.
    • Reservations must be guaranteed with a payment, all nonguaranteed bookings will be cancelled prior to the arrival date
    • Legal check in age is 18 years old and above – guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
    • Valid passport or Emirates ID is required upon arrival.
    • Standard check in time is 2pm and checkout time Is 12pm, for any early arrivals or late departures need to be communicated with the hotel directly in advance and will be subject to availability and chargeable.
    • Children 12 years & above will be charged as an Adult and kids below 12 years can stay with the family free of charge on room only basis sharing an existing bed.
    • Extra beds are chargeable for the suites and are not included in the rate.
