    • Any unused F&B credit will be forfeited upon check-out
    • The F&B credit applies only for the duration of the booked stay and is not valid before check-in or after check-out
    • Any charges exceeding the credit allocation must be settled by the guest at the venue
    • The hotel reserves the right to refuse redemption where it reasonably suspects misuse or abuse of the offer
    • The F&B credit cannot be applied to the daily Tourism Dirham fee of AED 15 per room per night
    • The 25% Food and beverage discount may only be applied once the full daily redeemable credit amount has been consumed. Tobacco excluded
  • Complimentary room upgrade
    • The complimentary room upgrade is subject to availability at the time of check-in
    • The complimentary room upgrade eligibility is determined solely by the hotel and cannot be guaranteed in advance
    • The complimentary room upgrade applies to one category higher only, unless otherwise specified by the hotel
    • The complimentary room upgrade is valid for the entire stay, subject to room availability throughout the stay period
  • 24-hour check-in/check-out
    • 24 hours check-in and check-out is valid only when booking the applicable promotional rate
    • 24-hour check-in and check-out benefit allows guests to retain their room for 24 hours from their confirmed arrival time

    • In the event of early departure, late check-out benefits will be forfeited

    • AED 100 Spa Voucher is valid on single spa treatments of 60 minutes or longer
